The concept behind Precision Results was born from US Navy fighter pilots with decades of experience at the highest levels of military operations. It was here, the founders learned that Leadership, Risk Management, Teamwork, and Culture are the core elements that differentiate an elite organization from a good organization. It is the mission of a carrier based F/A-18 pilot to put bombs on target and achieve the objective. Every crew member on the flight deck understands their role in the mission. In pitch black darkness, hundreds of men and women work in carefully coordinated efforts to get jets in the air and on station. The color of a crew member’s shirt on deck defines their role in the overall mission. The youngest sailors on deck in brown shirts carefully inspect the aircraft pre and post flight even diving into deep intakes to spin each turbine blade, carefully checking for damage. Purple shirts ensure that each aircraft is properly fueled for the sortie. White shirts troubleshoot aircraft issues, yellow shirts stage aircraft for launch among just some of the duties on deck. This teamwork takes place around no less than 50 aircraft, 500,000 lbs. of thrust, and tens of thousands of pounds of armament.
